Are you looking to up your game in mental toughness? Dan Plesac shares his personal champion’s mentality, including how to use the “mental toughness, extra effort” mindset.
Plesac, who has recently taken up swimming, talks with hosts Kelly Palace and Maria Parker about how the sport has taught him mental and physical determination.
“Swimming is a lot more difficult than I thought it was because there is so much alone time,” Plesac says in the interview. “You have to be very disciplined at it.”
